Sometimes, it looks like a hot summer day, a pair of new shoes, a meal shared with a family, or a song that reminds someone they are seen and loved.
In late July, we had the privilege of partnering with Humble Love, an Indianapolis ministry committed to serving “anyone who needs food.” Through their work, Humble Love has already provided more than 78,000 meals to over 27,000 families, making a tangible difference throughout the south side of Indianapolis.
For the third year, Humble Love hosted Seed the City – an incredible back-to-school event where they gave away more than 7,000 pairs of Nike shoes to students and families preparing for the school year ahead.

But this year, they wanted their event to be even bigger. As the sun went down, the celebration continued with a concert featuring CCM artist Leanna Crawford.
We were honored to come alongside Humble Love by helping lead worship and providing technical production support, including our LED video wall that helped create the environment for the evening.
It was a long, hot day—but it was also a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.
Because behind every number is a person.
Behind every pair of shoes is a student heading into a new school year.
Behind every meal is a family being reminded that their community cares about them.
And behind every song is an opportunity to create a moment of hope.
We’re grateful that our gifts, equipment, and team could play a small part in helping Humble Love seed hope throughout our city. This is what it means for us to amplify hope – to use what we have to help others bring the love of Jesus into the places where it is needed most.
None of our work is possible without you, and we’re deeply grateful for your partnership!
